Order Processing
- Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Expedited orders are prioritized and dispatched within 24 hours.
- Depending on the pieces in your order, items may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services. Information regarding each product and its unique lead time (shipping time frame) can be found on each product page. We will endeavour to deliver your goods within this timeframe but please be aware that we cannot guarantee that delivery date and we do not accept liability for any loss or expense incurred by you if delivery is not made by that estimated date.

Shipping Restrictions

- Some glassware, ceramics, and mirrors may not be eligible for expedited air shipping. Please contact customer service before placing an order to confirm shipping options and prevent unexpected delays.
Undeliverable Items
- If an item cannot be delivered to the provided address, customers will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery method or pickup. If the customer's location is not within our shipping routes, they will be notified within 7 days of placing the order. Customers can then choose to either keep the order and pick it up at a designated pickup location or cancel the order for a full refund.
Lost Shipments
- If a shipment is lost in transit or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time (excluding pre-orders), we will investigate and provide updates promptly. A replacement will be processed as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel your order, you need to notify us prior to the dispatch of the replacement.
Force Majeure – Events Beyond Our Control
- We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as war, terrorism, sabotage, civil or military disturbance, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, lock-outs, import or export embargoes, or the inability to use public or private transport. If such circumstances arise, we will inform you in writing.

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You can return your items within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders, or within 14 days of receiving your order for online purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Fragile items such as mirrors, ceramics, and glass are subject to a 24-hour notification policy for returns due to damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
