fingertip offers an exclusive trade discount to clients working in interior design, hospitality and architecture. Please email us for more information on our trade programme and to place an order.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and tracking details so you can follow its journey.

    If the tracking link doesn’t work, please contact us at info@atfingertip.com for assistance.

  • I have only received part of my order. When will the rest arrive?

    All orders placed through fingertip are shipped directly from our brand partners. If you’ve purchased items from more than one brand, they will be delivered separately.

  • My order has arrived, but I'm missing something. What can I do?

    If you ordered from the same brand and an item is missing, please email us at info@atfingertip.com within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll contact the brand to investigate.

    In the rare case that an item was left out, we’ll arrange for it to be shipped to you as quickly as possible.

  • I would like to cancel or change an order. How can I do that?

    If you’d like to cancel or modify your order, please email us at info@atfingertip.com with your order number and request as soon as possible.

    If your order hasn’t been shipped and it’s not made-to-order, we can usually cancel it or update details such as the shipping address. Occasionally, our brand partners can accommodate a color or style change if the item price is the same, but in most cases, a cancellation will be required.

    ❗ If your order is already on its way, we won’t be able to make changes or cancel it. In that case, please follow our returns process.

  • I've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation. What can I do?

    If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first, as emails sometimes end up there.

    If you still can’t find it, please contact us at info@atfingertip.com and we’ll check for any issues and resend the confirmation.

  • Do you offer trade discount?

    Yes, we offer trade discounts once a Trade Account has been set up. To open one, please email info@atfingertip.com for more details.
